THE solution

After conducting a comprehensive audit of the agency’s operations and consulting with team members, we identified areas for improvement and explored several tools to centralise workflows. Through trial and error, we landed on ClickUp as the ideal solution to bring everything under one roof.

We designed and implemented a custom ClickUp system tailored to the agency’s needs. This system:

  • Centralised all aspects of the business, from client projects to internal initiatives.

  • Provided clear visibility into task ownership and deadlines.

  • Integrated with Slack to streamline communication across the team.
